Steve's new CD is here! Filled with inspiring, hopeful songs, Some Sunsets blends the talents of the inimitable Julia Sinclair and our beloved Steve Seskin. Julia played everything on the record except the percussion tracks! These songs, delivered with grace and passion, speak to the human condition with compassion and optimism. Julia Sinclair is joined on this effort by the legendary Roy Wooten on finger drums played on the Swan Cajon. Click here to listen to the title track, "This Is My Day" or purchase the CD.
Steve will be returning to Nashville in January for the annual Songcrafting Seminar at Bluebird Cafe. This year is going to be better than ever with new workshops and our very special guests Odie Blackmon, Chris DuBois and Woody Bomar. Complete details about the event are here - or to jump right in and register, click here! For more information please email Phil Goldberg at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The latest batch of songs written by Steve and the school kids he's been working with are up. Go to School Songs to peruse the more than 100 songs we've posted.
Steve is home again, after a 3-week trip out east to work with school kids in New York, New Jersey and Nevada. You can hear the songs they wrote together here. Steve will be taking a little break from his busy teaching schedule to spend time with the family, but he'll be back at it in January, when his annual tour with Craig Carothers and Don Henry begins. This year they're starting in Southern CA and driving up the coast to do two weeks in the bay area. See the full calendar of concerts and songwriting workshops here.
Happy Holidays to you and yours!
